By applying Grain Improvers Smart on his regular grain, the miller has achieved results that have not previously been achieved even on the highest quality grain, namely:
the yield of T55 flour increased almost 2 times (from 28 to 50%);
the total flour yield increased by 8% (from 73 to 81%);
the tempering time was reduced by 3 hours (from 18 to 15).
