For many mills, it is very important to reduce the tempering time, but without reducing the yields and without compromising the quality of the flour. Due to the usage of Grain Improvers Smart on a mill with a capacity of 600t / day, it was possible not only to reduce the tempering time by 14 hours (from 36 hours to 22 hours), but also to achieve improved grinding results:

– the yield of T40 flour increased by 5% (from 12% to 17%);

– increased the total yield of flour by 2.4% (from 77% to 79.4%);

– increased protein in T40 flour by 1% (from 11.6% to 12.6%)
