A frequent request from customers is to increase flour yield without increasing its ash content. This request was easily handled by Grain Improvers White. Due to its action, it was possible to achieve the following results on a mill with a capacity of 280 tons / day:

– the yield of T55 flour increased from 72 to 75%;

– total yield increased by 2% (from 77 to 79%);

– the protein content in T55 flour increased by 0.5%
